Ginger garlic paste. This is excellent to use when creating both Indian curries or Chinese dishes.
It is very simple and easy to make, so much better than any you can buy in jars.
Make a large batch and freeze it in small pots or ice cube containers.
- Fresh ginger Peeled.
- Fresh garlic peeled.
- Vegetable oil.
Add equal parts of ginger and garlic to a blender, add just enough water and vegetable oil in equal measure to blend into a smooth slightly thick paste.
